Mr. Profaci focuses his practice on helping Floridians preserve their wealth. A practicing attorney since 1989, Mr. Profaci concentrates his practice in effective estate planning, asset protection, medicaid planning, probate, guardianship, real estate, and business law.

Mr. Profaci received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Brown University. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami, where he graduated cum laude and wrote for the Law Review.

Mr. Profaci is a member of the American Bar Association and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar. He is a member of the Florida, New Jersey and New York Bars, and is also admitted to practice in all federal courts in Florida and New Jersey.
