At Van Der Walde & Associates, we practice only personal injury law. Our focus only on personal injury law, combined with over 20 years industry experience, have enabled us to become leaders in the field. We only represent plaintiffs - never defendants or insurance companies - in our personal injury cases. Specialization and careful case selection gives us a distinct advantage over general-litigation firms and allows us to give each case we handle a personal touch. Using our expertise, we negotiate aggressively, efficiently use and manage the court process, turn obstacles into opportunity, and vigorously advocate for your legal rights.
We believe it is important and necessary to hold wrongdoers accountable whether they are individuals, insurance companies, or other businesses - indeed, legal accountability is often the only way to effect important change and make our communities safer. Holding defendants accountable for their actions translates into the financial compensation you deserve, and are legally entitled to, as the result of suffering a serious injury. Let our firm take the worry out of the injury-resolution process and give you the peace of mind to focus your energy on recovering from your traumatic injury. We are proud of the many lasting relationships that have resulted from our personalized approach and look forward to helping you resolve your case.
