We appreciate well informed clients that are able to make informed decisions in the handling of their cases.

Yes, but we discourage the use of forms and would ask the client to be open to considering changes that we might suggest.

Are your attorneys willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

We approach the scope of representation wanted by the client on a case-by-case basis.

Are your attorneys willing to help a client with one discrete part of a case, without taking on the whole case?

As long as the legal ethical rules and the law allow for limited representation, we are open to creative representation based upon client needs.

We approach each case differently and will do what the client wants with regard to cost savings.

We are required to do a significant amount of pro bono work in family court cases involving children in Jackson County, Missouri. We are actively involved in Bar and community activities, including Boards and Commissions connected to local government.
