Mr. Campanella has been vigorously defending those accused of DUI since 1994. He looks for weakness in every part of the government's case from the reason you were originally pulled over, to challenging the accuracy of breath and blood test results and the validity of any prior convictions. The Campanella Law Firm aims to provide top class DUI defense service to all of its clients.

After Graduating from University of California at Santa Barbara Mr. Campanella went on to graduate from McGeorge School of Law and has since limited his practice to exclusively representing those accused of DUI.

In People v. Kennedy, A Sacramento Jury Trial case in which Mr. Campanella received a Not Guilty Verdict when his client who had been involved in an accident and blew .22 on the breath machine. Mr. Campanella achieved this victory by being very prepared and investigating the machine used to test his client's breath. Mr. Campanella discovered that one week after his client blew into the machine the machine was taken out of service and had most of its internal parts replaced.

In People v. LaCross — Mr.Campanella got his client's .19 blood test case dismissed when he brought to the attention of the judge that the arresting officer had made the arrest outside of his jurisdiction and never turned the client over to local authorities.
