Yes, for nearly every type of criminal case, a fixed fee is used. Prices vary depending on the type of case that a client may have. I offer a $100 discount for any client who mentions Nolo during their free consultation.

I prefer clients who come in with a basic understanding of the issues, but I understand that this area of the law is quite complex, and I have a strong ability to understand these complex issues in a manner that all clients can easily understand.
