We are always willing to review documents prepared by clients. The more assistance the client provides, the better we can serve him or her.

Are your attorneys willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

We will provide modest advice to clients willing to represent themselves, but coaching clients is not part of our business model.

Are your attorneys willing to help a client with one discrete part of a case, without taking on the whole case?

Yes, we can help with one part of a case, but we prefer to be fully involved. One segment of a case is seldom independent of the others.

What are your policies about dividing work among the firm's partners, associates, and paralegals to make the process most cost-effective for the client?

We are first and foremost accountable for the client's file, but we sometimes rely on paralegals and associates to assist in situations where our vast experience is not essential.

How frequently does your firm use mediation, arbitration, or collaborative law to resolve cases?

We use mediation, arbitration, or collaborative law only if the case calls for it and if such measures are available at the time.

Does your firm provide pro bono legal services or otherwise participate in your community?

Although we provide some pro bono services, our affordable fee structure makes our services available to everyone, especially the less fortunate.
