We want the best informed clients possible, and will not rest until our clients fully understand their situations and their options.

We will review client contributions, but we always reserve the right to ultimately determine the strategy used in any particular case.

Yes, we will meet initially with a potential client, free of charge, so that we can best asses both our potential to help that client and and determine what a reasonable legal fee would be should they choose to retain us. If they do not choose to retain our firm, that initial meeting is always free.

Attorneys have passed a licensing check. Nolo has confirmed that every member attorney has a valid license and is in good standing with the state agency that licenses lawyers upon joining the directory.

Directory lawyers are required to notify Nolo immediately if they become the subject of any disciplinary action by any state licensing agency.
