Bankruptcy
I am Susan Taylor, an experienced bankruptcy lawyer serving the Austin, TX area. I offer strategic advocacy and counsel to help individuals understand their debt resolution options and, if appropriate, to seek a fresh start via Chapter 7.
Affordable, Dedicated Texas Bankruptcy Attorney
For years, I've helped people and businesses lighten their debt loads through bankruptcy. I've seen how good people can fall victim to money problems, and how much being in debt can hurt. As your attorney, I will take the time to help you understand both the benefits and drawbacks to bankruptcy. Together we will explore debt relief solutions so that you and your family can move forward after debt.

Chapter 7 Bankruptcy may be the solution you are looking for to:
Stop Foreclosure
Eliminate or reduce debts
Stop creditor harassment
Stop wage garnishment, liens or collections
Achieve financial independence

If you are in financial trouble and are looking for a fresh start, here's my simple offer:
Give me a call today at 512-476-2000 and schedule a free consultation. We can meet in person or over the phone. I'll look over your situation, answer any questions you have and explain your legal options. I'll give you my straightforward, honest opinion about your choices, whether that means filing bankruptcy or seeking other alternatives that suit your needs.

Free initial consultations. After-hours and weekend appointments available. Located conveniently in the Austin downtown historic district, west of the capitol building. Ample, free parking.

We are a debt relief agency. We help people file for bankruptcy relief under the Bankruptcy Code.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

By focusing on individuals and families who are in need of debt relief and who are likely candidates for Chapter 7 bankruptcy, my staff and I have developed a very efficient process to gather all the necessary information, analyze the situation, and recommend the appropriate next steps. If you would be best served by a course of action other than Chapter 7, we will refer you to an appropriate specialist. As a result of this unique process, we are able to provide caring attention to a high volume of cases while keeping our fees as low as possible.
