Our fee is based on a percentage. It is not unusual for two attorneys to participate in case strategy. This does not cost the client a dime more. We tell clients: "you get two attorneys for the price of one".

We screen our cases for "on-the-record" decision candidates.

Ann-Douglas Tycer

Attorney Ann-Douglas Tycer has helped clients get their disability benefits since 1989. She worked for Attorney William M. Stephens (the founder of the law firm and a pioneer in helping people in Middle Tennessee with their Social Security and Medicare problems) since the early 1980's. She has been an attorney since 1994.
