Our firm provides mediation and arbitration services in civil, family, appellate, and foreclosure proceedings. We are passionate believers in resolving disputes through mediation and/or arbitration rather than by judge or jury.

Firm History

The firm's mediators/arbitrators, Donna Greenspan Solomon and Mark Solomon, have a combined 45+ years of experience as attorneys in state and federal court. As advocates in the legal system, Donna and Mark have honed the skills necessary to become effective mediators and arbitrators. Donna's 10+ years as a certified public accountant before becoming a lawyer also makes the firm uniquely equipped to handle complex commercial, real estate, insurance, employment, divorce and other cases involving financial issues.
