What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?
We prefer when a client has taken the initiative to do some research before contacting an attorney. However, we understand that not everyone has the time or the capability to do so. Also, not everything you read on the internet is true. That is why we will always take the time to educate our clients about all their options.

Absolutely. We will review your documents with you and advise you on how to move forward.

It is our goal to save our clients time and money by any means possible. Our rates are very competitive.

We believe that these alternative dispute resolutions are a great way to save a client time and money. We will encourage our clients to use ADR where appropriate.

Yes. We hold seminars for local small businesses owners and also for people interested in bankruptcy.

Chapter 7 Bankruptcy attorney fee is $950.00. Chapter 13 Bankruptcy is $774 to start. Many business issues can be handled on a flat fee basis. We offer flat fee agreements on a case by case basis.
Hourly Rates
$130 - $150 an hour is our attorney rate.

All initial consultations are always free of charge. We want to make sure you like us before we make you pay us.
Typical Retainer
The retainer depends on the legal issue. For criminal matters the retainer may range from $500 to $5,000. For family law issues the retainer ranges from $1,000 to $3,000. For Bankruptcy you must pay the entire attorney fee prior to your bankruptcy being filed.
Nolo's Licensing Check
Attorneys have passed a licensing check. Nolo has confirmed that every member attorney has a valid license and is in good standing with the state agency that licenses lawyers upon joining the directory.
Directory lawyers are required to notify Nolo immediately if they become the subject of any disciplinary action by any state licensing agency.
