Firm Overview

We are a small firm that provides personalized service for each of our clients. We focus on Social Security Disability claims primarily. We review each case individually and evaluate your claim prior to reaching an agreement with the client to represent them in their claim. Should we agree to represent you, and should you agree to retain us, you can be assured your case will receive prompt service and a thorough evaluation. Our lawyer will personally review your file and is accessible for consultation when needed.

We serve all areas of Georgia and surrounding states but concentrate in the middle to northern areas of the state (from Macon north to Tennessee).

Services Offered For Fixed Fees?

Occasionally we will handle uncontested divorces for existing clients or referrals from existing clients as a service to them. The fixed fee varies with the complexity of the divorce case (no children or grown children, minor children stating with one parent encompassing a typical visitation arrangement, or shared/split custody with complicated visitation issues).

Russell Pope, Sr.

I grew up in the Covington, Georgia area graduating from high school in 1980. I went to college for a year and a half until I ran out of money. I took several years off and worked trying to save money to return to school. I applied and was accepted to Mercer University in Macon, Georgia in 1987 and was planning to return in August of that year when I found out we were going to be parents. I decided to continue with school and work as much as possible to support our family. We lived very frugally during this time. I graduated college in 1990 and entered law school at Mercer's Walter F. George School of Law and graduated in 1993.

I began practicing law in June of that year after passing the bar and being notified of my results on May 22, 1993 (the same day as my graduation ceremony from school). I went into partnership with a classmate and continued in that until 2001 when we parted ways. I have been a sole practitioner since that time.
