Fees
Yes, all of our initial consultations are free for the first hour.
Most of our work is done on a contingency basis and we only get paid if there is a recovery. But, sometimes we will workout various agreements if that works best for the client.
$185-$275/hr; But, most of our work is done on a contingency and we don't get paid unless the client does.

We always aim to keep case expenses low, therefore are client will receive a better result financially.

It is an option that we are open to, but we prepare all of our cases for trial.

Yes, although our pro bono work is performed through the Houston Bar Association.

We are service oriented and understand the needs of our clients. Our firm is best positioned to understand the needs of our clients and where they come from.
What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?
It is always important for a client to be educated and aware of the legal process. It can be a very difficult and overwhelming experience. We always welcome clients to do research on the matters that they are involved in, but trust is necessary and they should know that our firm always takes their concerns seriously.
Is your firm willing to review documents prepared by clients?
Yes, but it is depends on the documents that are being submitted.
Is your firm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?
We don't coach clients that want to represent themselves. But, we do offer free consultations.
