How frequently does your firm use mediation, arbitration, or collaborative law to resolve cases?

Being convicted of a sex crime carries disproportionate penalties, and may haunt you for the rest of your life if you are required to register as a sex offender. In most cases, we only accept pleas if an offer is made that does not include registration. Due to our "trial-attorneys" reputation, we often are offered such pleas.

Does your firm provide pro bono legal services or otherwise participate in your community?

Rarely.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

Our entire practice is devoted to sex crimes defense. Most general-practice attorneys do not have adequate experience in this area to properly defend their clients. We have handled sex crimes cases exclusively for the last 16 years.

Case fees typically range from $25,000 to $75,000 depending on the nature of the case. Although this is a large amount of money, the time, care and quality we put into our cases is invaluable. When your life is on line, you must reset your priorities, and do what you have to in order to acquire the best possible defense.
