After 30 years of civil litigation experience, I have chosen to focus on helping individuals with financial and consumer debt problems.

Firm History

I practiced primarily civil litigation in California and Wyoming beginning in 1977. In January 2011, I opened a sole practice specializing in bankruptcy and consumer debt law.

Mediation and arbitration are very useful tools to resolve conflicts in a cost effective manner. I use it often.
