We try to fulfill client needs efficiently and we endeavor to use personnel who bill at lower rates for as many tasks as possible.

We favor mediation and collaborative law approaches and frequently use them. We find arbitration clauses and rules are all too often disadvantages to the average person and counsel our clients to avoid arbitration when possible.
