We believe clients best interests are served when they have enough information to understand the recommendations of their attorney, which means they have to hear from their attorney! We commit to regular communication early in your claim so you are as supported as possible moving through an often frustrating process.

All records and information that provides insight into the claim are included in the file, you never know what fact will make the difference in a particular judge’s mind.

Andrea speaks with clients about their claims, and what the best next steps are, sometimes clients can proceed on their own. Sometimes having help early on can make a ll the difference. We recommend hiring us after a denial so your appeal is handled appropriately.
