Yes, I offer a free initial consultation for up to one hour.
Yes, Forming an LLC or Incorporating a business is $600 per entity. Handling business administration formalities is $400 per year. Filing Copyright or Trademark Registration is $150 per registration. Hiring me as your California Registered Agent of Service of Process is $100 per year. (All fees do not include State or Federal filing fees where applicable). Any Nolo clients get 10% off.

At my firm, I don't bill for every phone call, e-mail, or question about general law. I'll try to educate you as best as possible and charge for the actual work involved.

Yes, we often review agreements and forms prepared by clients.

No, although I'm willing to work out a low price so that I can work for a long term on your behalf.
