We encourage all clients to educate themselves on the legal issues involved with their claims. We make every effort to effectively communicate with our clients so they understand these issues and case developments as they occur.

Due to the nature of litigation and discovery which involves the exchange of information and documents, we review materials prepared by clients in almost every case.

We work on accident injury cases from a team perspective. Because we take accident injury cases on a contingent fee basis (no fee unless we are successful), we all work together to maximize your recovery. This ensures that we only take cases which we believe in, because we will not get paid unless there is a recovery. This also allows individuals who cannot afford an attorney access to the legal system.

How frequently does your firm use mediation, arbitration, or collaborative law to resolve cases?

We frequently use mediation and alternative dispute resolution to resolve accident injury claims on behalf of our clients. However, if a settlement cannot be reached, we are not afraid to take your case to trial.
