Successful asset management and estate planning requires an understanding of many areas of law and how these areas relate to each other. I utilize revocable living trusts and irrevocable trusts to accomplish asset management and estate planning.

Client education is a crucial element of the legal process and the attorney-client relationship. A client should not be led blindly through a legal proceeding; rather the more the client understands his or her case the more beneficial it is for everyone involved.

We are always willing to review documents prepared by clients because we encourage client thought and opinion.
