We offer a free consultation. We take the necessary time to discuss our clients' problems and find solutions.
We are paid on a contingency basis. This means we get a percentage of the award/monetary benefit we obtain for our clients. There is no additional cost to our clients if the work is performed by a partner, associate or paralegal. It is a very cost-effective system.
None.

No. We don't believe it is appropriate to provide "partial" legal representation. We either provide full legal representation or none at all.

All New Jersey Workers Compensation cases cannot be settled out of Court. However, all litigated cases include at least one settlement conference, and usually much more than one, with a Judge of Workers Compensation and opposing counsel. The purpose of these conferences is to attempt to reach a settlement without the necessity of a trial. New Jersey Personal Injury cases also include an arbitration. The only time there would not be one is if the case were to settle before that stage in the litigation process.
Yes. Mr. Ricciardelli has provided a great deal of pro bono legal services. He is also very active in the community. He is a Volunteer Firefighter with the Morris Township Fire Department, a State Commissioner with the Morris County Housing Authority and associated with Teen Pride in Morristown.
We are very qualified professionals with a strong reputation in the legal community. But many firms can make that claim. We believe we set ourselves apart by the manner in which we treat our clients. We learn their personal needs and history. We make sure they understand what is happening with their cases. We represent them well.
We are strongly in favor of an educated client. We produce a great deal of content on various legal issues, all of which is available to clients, as well as the public in general.
We are willing to review any document that a client has that is important to his case.
The way this question is worded shows the difficulty of this issue. If someone is representing himself, then he is not really a client of the Firm. However, if we are "coaching" him, we may be held ethically and legally responsible should there be a problem with the case. If someone wants to represent himself, he is welcome to review any of the many materials our Firm makes available to the public. We would also give him certain types of information, such as where to find the law or how to learn the correct way to file documents with the Court.
Mr. Ricciardelli founded this Firm in 2001. As the son of a Teamster truck driver, the Firm was initially dedicated solely to representing clients in Workers Compensation Court. As the Firm evolved, it expanded his areas of practice to include Personal Injury and Social Security Disability Law. We aggressively represent the interests of our clients.
Mr. Ricciardelli is a Founding Member of the New Jersey Workers Compensation Inn of Court and rose to the level of Master in that organization. He is a Member of the Workers Compensation Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. He is also a prominent member of his community who is involved in various professional organizations and is also a Volunteer Firefighter with the Morris Township Fire Department. Mr. Ricciardelli is a member of the Board Directors for Teen Pride, Inc., an organization that offers activities and free counseling to help young people improve their self-esteem and practice healthy lifestyles.
