Office of Legal Affairs, Acting Administrative Law Judge - review evidence and make decisions
involving property ownership issues and judgment liability/enforcement determinations. Legal
Counsel, - Analyze and develop civil enforcement procedures for NYC Sheriff=s office. Provide legal
counsel on all aspects of Sheriff=s Office operations, including labor-management issues, collective
bargaining , employee disciplinaries, and special projects assignments. Litigation Attorney - Select and
litigate cases involving the enforcement aspects of Federal, State and Local environmental legislation
with emphasis on all aspects of enforcement and debt collection. Trained support staff and developed
procedures pertaining to enforcement and collection of New York City Environmental Control Board
Judgments [ECB].

Environmental Control Board - 1993 to 1996

Office of Special Assistant Corporation Counsel.
Litigation Attorney Select and litigate cases involving the enforcement aspects of
Federal, State and Local environmental legislation with particular emphasis on motion
practice and all aspects of enforcement (of NYC building, fire code, sanitation, asbestos,
