Title 8, Section 292.1(a)(1), and 20 C.F.R. ยง 656.10(b)(1), which permits the Attorney to enter into a fee agreement and represent citizens of ANY State of the United States and Foreign Nationals from ANY country in the world before the aforementioned federal agencies and the Immigration Courts.
