Title 8, Section 292.1(a)(1), and 20 C.F.R. § 656.10(b)(1), which permits the Attorney to enter into a fee agreement and represent citizens of ANY State of the United States and Foreign Nationals from ANY country in the world before the aforementioned federal agencies and the Immigration Courts. Attorney also represents clients to the Federal Courts shown below that have jurisdiction over Immigration matters in connection with Immigration matters exclusively.
