The attorneys and staff members at the Law Offices of Molly B. Kenny work together and share tasks to ensure that each case is handled as efficiently and as cost-effectively as possible. Additionally, our collaborative nature ensures that clients always have someone to speak with that is familiar with their case, even if an attorney is out of the office.

How frequently does your firm use mediation, arbitration, or collaborative law to resolve cases?

Our firm believes the mediation and arbitration are excellent tools for resolving conflicts. We attempt to settle most of our family law cases outside of court.

Does your firm provide pro bono legal services or otherwise participate in your community?

Our firm does not provide pro bono legal services. The attorneys and staff in our firm volunteer their time to Family Law CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of King County and various bar associations in the region.
