Firm Focus

I focus my practice on all aspects of Family Law to include divorce, modifications, child support and custody. I also handle criminal, personal injury and juvenile matters.

Firm History

I started my own practice this year after being at firm here in Jacksonville for 4 years. Prior to that I practiced in Boca Raton Florida.

I have handled numerous divorces in Duval, Clay and St. John's County. I am not at liberty without my client's approval to provide specific information on their matters.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

That is not an issue. I welcome a client's interest in their in case.

Are your attorneys willing to review documents prepared by clients?

Absolutely. My goal is to have the client's input in all aspects of their case.

Not applicable in Florida

Are your attorneys willing to help a client with one discrete part of a case, without taking on the whole case?

Yes. On some matters, a limited appearance is available (restraining order hearings).

What are your policies about dividing work among the firm's partners, associates, and paralegals to make the process most cost-effective for the client?

I am a solo practice and handle all aspects of the case myself.

How frequently does your firm use mediation, arbitration, or collaborative law to resolve cases?

We are required to attempt mediation in divorce cases.

Not currently.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

My personal contact with the clients. I opened my own practice to allow me to have more one on one interaction with clients.

Understanding Fees

Nolo's Licensing Check

Attorneys have passed a licensing check. Nolo has confirmed that every member attorney has a valid license and is in good standing with the state agency that licenses lawyers upon joining the directory.

Directory lawyers are required to notify Nolo immediately if they become the subject of any disciplinary action by any state licensing agency.
