Our clients pay a standard one-third contingent fee, so the client does not have to concern themselves with whether the work is being performed in a cost-effective manner, and there is never a charge for any of our services, unless we get our clients' money.

In appropriate cases, our firm will use alternative resolution methods, such as mediation. However, most cases are resolved by settlement, without the use of alternative dispute resolution methods.

Our firm supports several different charities within our community and often will give potential clients advice on how to resolve their own issues independently. However, in all instances in which we provide legal representation, we do so on a contingent fee.
