Firm History
The Law Office of Rodney K. Okano was established in 2004. Since that time, we have obtained recoveries for our injured clients to provide for their medical expenses, damaged vehicle, lost wages and compensation for pain and suffering.
Activities and Awards
I have provided Pro Bono work for Clark County Ask-A-Lawyer program.
Example Cases
In a catastrophic injury case, seven (7) people were badly injured. it appeared that the responsible party only had Nevada State Law Minimum insurance policy coverage. However, through aggressive representation and hard work, we uncovered additional sources of recovery to pay out to Clients six-figure ($) recovery.
Client injured as the result of a negligent person driving a vehicle rented in California. Rental agreement stated that renter was not to take the vehicle out of the State of California. The accident occurred in Las Vegas, Nevada. Rental Car Company denied claim based on the fact that the renter violated the rental agreement. In our lawsuit, we were successful in having the Judge rule in our favor holding that the issue of Rental Car Company liability was an issue for a jury. Case settled soon after.
