What are your policies about dividing work among the firm's partners, associates, and paralegals to make the process most cost-effective for the client?
I strive to provide the most cost efficient services to my clients. It is my goal to provide superior service to my clients’ while keeping the cost of representation to a reasonable amount.
How frequently does your firm use mediation, arbitration, or collaborative law to resolve cases?
I will enlist of the services of a mediator or arbitrator when it will be an effective method to resolve my clients’ case. In some instances arbitration may be mandatory, and all steps will be taken to achieve a positive outcome.
