My firm is open to a variety of methods that will keep costs to a minimum for clients so long as that method does not sacrifice the quality of service that my firm provides.

As frequently as the use of such alternative dispute resolution methods are in the best interest of the client.

My firm participates in the community in a variety of ways, including spending time volunteering at a clinic for low income individuals.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

My firm's point of view is that it is a good idea for a client to stay informed about his or her case and to generally understand the legal issues involved. An attorney, as a counselor at law, can help a client to understand the pertinent legal issues involved in their case.

Micahel Makdisi is a licensed attorney, duly admitted to practice law in California. Prior to opening a law firm, Mr. Makdisi graduated with honors from law school and co-authored a legal textbook.
