My rates are very competitive. Because I am a solo practitioner, I am free from the high expenses of larger firms, and I pass that savings on to my clients.
How frequently does your firm use mediation, arbitration, or collaborative law to resolve cases?
I am always willing to work in a collaborative way to resolve the conflicts. However, should that not be a viable option for my client, I will go to court.

I believe it is important for my clients to understand the law and the legal process regarding their cases. I help them to become enlightened in the area of law in which they are dealing.

Before law school I was a paralegal working on social security disability and personal injury cases. Through law school, I interned with the Hamilton County Prosecutor's Office in the Children's Services Division where I worked in the area of parental/child rights and guardianship. I recently opened my office in Anderson Township and represent clients from Hamilton and Clermont Counties.
My rates are very competitive. Because I am a solo practitioner, I am free from the high expenses of larger firms, and I pass that savings on to my clients.
