Social Security Disability fees are governed by the Social Security Administration regulations and are approved by the Administrative Law Judge. Personal Injury claims are on a contingent fee basis at 35%, less than many other firms. Family Law cases are determined by the amount of work required and could be set on a per-Hearing basis to make the process more affordable.
