Free initial consultation for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy; 45 minutes in duration.
Chapter 7 Bankruptcy analysis, petition preparation and filing; debt and budget consultation; correspondence to and from all creditors; and attendance at the required meeting with the Trustee is covered under one flat fee, depending upon the amount of dischargeable debt and creditor communication.

Nolo publications and your local law library are tops in assisting people with little or no legal background, and people should always want to know their constitutional rights and their rights with regard to access to the Courts in all legal areas. When people simply don't have time to read all of the fine print, keep up with Supreme Court or Court of Appeals cases that are constantly interpreting their laws, or to prepare and file the seemingly voluminous amount of paper required by courts, those of us who have the privilege of practicing in the legal profession have a duty to be approachable, available and affordable in our communities.
