We offer a FREE one hour initial consultation.

Services Offered For Fixed Fees?

We charge $99.00 to start - $1450.00 for Chapter 7, with payment arrangements available over a 3 month time period. Reduced attorney fees of $1200.00 are offered, if someone can pay in full. Chapter 13 attorney fees are set by the court @ $3500.00. I collect those as follows: $1000.00 to file, and the remainder of attorney fees are paid over the life of the CH 13 Plan.

I have over 15 years consumer bankruptcy experience to draw from and utilize in representing folks with their bankruptcy needs. I genuinely care, and I am personally available to my clients.
