Spanish at Louisville CO office only
Yes but it depends on what type of case and the facts of the case. It would only happen if the potential client at least engaged in an initial consultation before the attorney would agree to partial case work.
Our fees are a flat rate so there is no cost efficiency for giving work to a paralegal versus an attorney. The attorney always is responsible for legal advice and drafting of legal memorandum and correspondence with USCIS. Our paralegals assist primarily with completing immigration forms and obtaining the necessary documents from the client.

We provide low-bono services to those who are refugees or asylees. We do various pro-bono services throughout the year, including citizenship drives, serving on bar association committees, etc.
We strive to obtain the goals of our clients but in a personable and affordable manner. We get big law firm results in a small law firm context.
We understand that immigration law is very complex, quickly changing, and non-transparent to the public. Part of our services is educating our clients on how the rules work and how the process works regardless of the rules. We also keep our clients updated on changes to the law which can happen frequently in immigration law.
