Bankruptcy consultations are free. Foreclosure Defense and Loan Modifications require a consultation fee.

Services Offered For Fixed Fees?

Yes. Most often a chapter 7 has an attorney fee of $1,250. Most often an attorney fee of $750 is collected prior to filing a chapter 13 with the remainder of the fee paid through the plan. Non-attorney fee costs for bankruptcies are: $306 Court Filing Fee for a Chapter 7, $281 Court Filing Fee for a Chapter 13, $42 Credit Counseling Fee, $35 Credit Report Fee. Court Filing Fees may be waived by the Court in certain circumstances. Other Services Fees Vary.

Our firm engages in the practice of Bankruptcy law in the Federal Courts. Unfortunately they do not employ formal mediation efforts at this point, but we encourage use of these techniques whenever possible because settling a case early can be a win-win for everyone involved.

Does your firm provide pro bono legal services or otherwise participate in your community?

Yes, when time and caseload permit.
