Social Security Disability

I believe it is important for all clients to become educated about their rights under the law. I work with my clients to develop their understanding about the best strategy and tactics for success.

Is your firm willing to review documents prepared by clients?

Yes, I will review documents prepared by clients under case evaluation rules of Social Security, at my hourly rate.

Is your firm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

No. I can perform case evaluations, but will not continue to work with a client who is representing him/herself at a hearing or in subsequent filings with the Social Security Administration or federal courts system.
