Firm History

Crawford Weiss, was formed in 2011 by two experienced personal injury attorneys. With more than 35 years of combined experience in personal injury law, Brian Weiss and Jason Crawford have each represented hundreds of clients through the insurance claims or litigation process.

We work on a contingent basis and limit the number of cases we take on to ensure that clients are able to work one on one with an actual attorney instead of a paralegal or legal secretary.

Extensively. We have a very good record of resolving cases through settlement conferences.
