It is not at all uncommon to be retained on a specific legal matter or for a portion of a DUI case. Many legal matters are very complex and it becomes necessary for a client to request help with a single, discrete part of a case. When this happens, I have been very successful in assisting clients with highly specific issues within a DUI matter.
The firm's core values are realized through targeted dynamic distribution to a concentrated team of legal professionals. Because every case and every client has unique requirements, decisions regarding research, review, writing, and evidence handling are made on a case-by-case basis to provide the client with the very best cost/value ratio.
No. DUI cases in New Jersey cannot be mediated. When you are charged with a DUI, the State of New Jersey has a sole interest in prosecuting you to the fullest extent of the law.
Yes. I take great pride in being a Military Pro Bono Attorney. Recognized by the American Bar Association, I have helped soldiers and their families who cannot afford traditional legal representation.
Everything. The Ultimate DUI Defense office was established from the ground up for the SOLE PURPOSE of defending DUI cases in New Jersey.
In addition, I use the very latest in cutting-edge legal technology and cloud computer software. The streamlined structure of the practice allows clients "always on" integration directly into the firms secure server system.
Most firms rely on outdated computers and technology, inefficient paper based systems, redundant employee task assignments, and layers of billing bureaucracy.
All of that has been eliminated. Ultimate DUI offers a paperless, digital document system with multiple redundancies and highly secure document servers.
The result? A new kind of law office and a new level of client service.
I strongly believe in ongoing client education. The more a client knows about their own case, the more likely that I can obtain a successful outcome for them. Many large firms like to play "hide the ball" from their clients. I don't do that. I invest the time necessary to educate my clients on the relevant laws and procedures of their case.
There is an old saying that goes, "I lawyer who represents himself has a fool for a client". Likewise, "A client that represents himself has a fool for a lawyer". It is generally a poor decision to allow clients to represent themselves in court. On rare occasions, exceptions to the rule do occur. But generally, this only happens in simple cases where there has been enough client education ahead of time.
When one of my closest friends was arrested and charged with a DUI over New Years, I saw how much if affected her entire life. It was then that I made the decision to make defending DUI cases my priority.
