Firm Focus

We primarily practice in the area of Social Security disability law. We also represent disabled Veterans on their claims against the VA and handle Medicaid cases (e.g., nursing home or assisted living payments).

Firm History

Mr. Kirsch has been representing Social Security claimant's since the early 1980s. Mr. Clark has practiced in this area since 2001. We formed Kirsch and Clark, January 1, 2004.

Example Cases

Mr. Clark recently won benefits for an individual after proving he had been disabled for at least five years. His past due benefits were over $100,000 (before any offset for Workers Compensation benefits). We also frequently fight hard to win a case for a disabled person and receive an attorney fee of just a few hundred dollars. We work equally hard for the big cases and the small.
