Our firm is a Texas-wide probate administration and litigation firm. We offer aggressive, responsive, and quality legal representation in the areas of probate administration, probate/fiduciary litigation, estate planning, wills, and trusts. We will work for you both in and out of the courtroom. Our willingness to fight for you from beginning to end and our track record of successful results sets our firm apart from other Texas probate lawyers. Some lawyers claim to know how to try cases, they take your case and then talk you into settling for less than what your case is worth simply because they are unwilling to try cases. We do not fear the courtroom, we embrace it and will take your case as far as it needs to go in order to achieve your objectives.

Yes, we are frequently hired to manage or assist on a part, but not all, of a case and our firm assists our clients when and how we are needed.
Every case is assigned to a partner and to the extent that an associate or paralegal can perform the tasks, we make sure every case is staffed in the most cost effective way for the client.
As often as the situation and jurisdiction require. We are trial lawyers, but trial is not always the most cost effective means of resolving a dispute for a client. When mediation or arbitration is appropriate, we take advantage of the opportunity to resolve a case in that forum.
Yes, we do and are happy to take cases pro bono.
Challenges do not frighten us - we thrive on them. Our firm is routinely hired or referred cases that can be described as difficult and embrace the reputation as problem solvers. We are problem solvers by nature and are driven by relationships and results. Our attorneys are both advocates and counselors for our clients. Not only will we stand up for you, we will stand with you through the most difficult of circumstances, and will fully explain and decode the legal system so that you are fully informed of your options. Ours is a philosophy of mutual respect, openness, and excellence in legal representation.
A client should educate themselves on a lawyer and let the lawyer educate them on the legal issues.
We will review and comment on any documents that a current or prospective client engages us to review.
In some circumstances, and we are also willing to take cases pro bono if the limitation is financial.
Our firm was established in 2010 when Erin Jones and Keith Morris decided to start a family business and combine their talents for probate, bankruptcy and general litigation and develop a niche practice to serve their clients. In August of 2020, John Klevenhagen joined our firm as a partner. Mr. Klevenhagen's primary focus is litigation, both civil and criminal. As our interests and opportunities continue to grow, so does our firm and we welcome growth as it allows us to service our clients more completely.
Every case is assigned to a partner and to the extent that an associate or paralegal can perform the tasks, we make sure every case is staffed in the most cost effective way for the client.
