Our firm aggressively uses technology to enable us to do more with less, faster and better than law firms twenty times our size. Our small size allows us to turn on a dime, take advantage of technology that gives us the advantage over law firms that do not make the most of computer technology. Mr. Morrell was born and raised in Mexico City, and speaks Spanish fluently.

Britton Morrell
Britton Morrell started The Morrell Law Office in 1997. Over the next eleven years, Mr. Morrell represented injured workers in Administrative and Federal District Courts. Michael H. Kaplan joined the Sawaya Law Firm and became its youngest partner by developing the workers compensation department from 20 cases to over 500. Mr. Morrell joined Mr. Kaplan at the Sawaya law firm in 2008 until August of 2011 when the two came together to form Kaplan Morrell.
