We encourage dour clients to take an active interest in the legal issues regarding their case. However, there is no substitute for the expertise and education of their attorney.

Yes, nevertheless, we do not recommend self representation, especially when their freedom is at stake.

We do not recommend self representation. The state will have a skilled attorney representing them. You should arm yourself with an experienced attorney.
