Our focus is to effectively and intelligently assist our clients in solving their disputes.
Example casesFamily Law: I have assisted a number of individuals in expeditiously and inexpensively obtaining uncontested divorces where my client's spouse was also seeking an amicable resolution to their divorce with little or no conflict. These types of divorces do take cooperation and understanding from both parties but can be quickly achieved where both parties desire a fair and reasonable result without the necessity for litigation.

What distinguishes my firm from others is that this is a small concentrated practice. I will fight for my clients when necessary. Each client is encouraged to actively participate in their matter and work with the attorney in coming to an amicable and cost effective result. We try hard to minimize each client's potential exposure to a long drawn out and costly litigation and come to a fair and equitable resolution when possible.
An educated client is in a much better position to make the decisions that are right for them and their set of circumstances. We assist in providing clients with the information necessary to accomplish this.
Often we will ask client's who wish to keep their legal costs down to assist in providing our office with as much information and documentation necessary so as to effectively represent them and meet their goals in an affordable manner.
