Focus is on business, tax & estate planning issues. Attorney is dual qualified as both a lawyer, and tax accountant, with an education that includes a Bachelor and Masters Degree in Accounting in Tax from Brigham Young University, currently the nation's #1 ranked accounting program. In addition to years of legal experience, attorney also has several years of experience working for the "big" accounting firms of Ernst & Young & Deloitte. This combined legal and accounting education and experience provides a powerful combination to help business owners navigate complicated legal and tax issues, often resulting in thousands of dollars of tax savings.
We take plenty of time to explain legal and tax issues to each client's satisfaction. Some clients want an in-depth discussion and understanding. Others are comfortable with a general overview, combined with the knowledge that their attorney is competent and looking out for their best interest at all times.
