Isaac Law Firm was formed for one purpose: to stand up to those whose negligence imposes physical harm upon others. My personal injury law practice is built upon a foundation of 21 years of clinical experience and serving as the primary physician in 800 to 1,000 automobile crash injury cases.

I offer a no-cost, no-obligation consultation. The amount of time for such a consultation depends upon the nature of the case. I take the time it takes to understand the issues.

Services Offered For Fixed Fees?

I require no financial commitment from my personal clients. For my personal injury clients, we partner with our clients by advancing the costs and doing all the work it takes to maximize their compensation. In pre-litigation negotiations, where the great majority of cases are settled, our fee is 33 1/3%.

It depends on the case, but conceptually, sure.

What are your policies about dividing work within the firm to make the process most cost-effective for the client?

We do all we can to minimize costs for the client, while preserving the quality of our service.

How frequently does your firm use mediation, arbitration, or collaborative law to resolve cases?

Infrequently.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

The mind and skills of a lawyer combined with the knowledge and heart of a doctor. I "get" the impact an injury can have on a person, a family. My clinical knowledge helps me understand medical evidence, and always helps me develop evidence for trial.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

I like it when clients educate themselves on legal issues generally, but on specifics, they must understand that there is only room for one attorney on the case.

Is your firm willing to review documents prepared by clients?

This doesn't really come up in my practice.

Is your firm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

Timothy O. Isaac

Isaac Law Firm was established in 2007; the foundation was begun in 1981, when Tim Isaac entered chiropractic college. After graduating with honors in 1981, he moved back to Arkansas and opened his chiropractic practice. Over the next 21 years, Tim gained in clinical experience and knowledge, and for the second half of this time, spent hundreds of hours in the study of rear-end motor vehicle crashes, culminating in earning advanced certification in whiplash-related disorders and mild brain traumatology through the Spine Research Institute of San Diego.
