Example Cases

Information coming soon.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

We work hard to keep our clients informed of the law and how it affects them. We are always pleased with clients who seek to understand their case.

Are your attorneys willing to review documents prepared by clients?

Yes.

Are your attorneys willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

Yes, we offer a client consultation geared towards assisting clients who want to represent themselves.

Are your attorneys willing to help a client with one discrete part of a case, without taking on the whole case?

Yes. We welcome the opportunity to enter a limited appearance and assist on one matter.

What are your policies about dividing work among the firm's partners, associates, and paralegals to make the process most cost-effective for the client?

At Haymore Law, the same attorney will handle all the aspects of your case. No work will be passed off to be completed by someone who is not a law school graduate and licensed to practice law in the State of Utah.

How frequently does your firm use mediation, arbitration, or collaborative law to resolve cases?

We have been successful at settling the vast majority of cases before the case gets to trial. We work closely with our clients to find the best possible forum for them to resolve their disputes. Often times the possibility of a jury trial is in the best interest of our clients. In those instances where it is not, we will always try to use a forum that is best suited to resolving their particular dispute.

Does your firm provide pro bono legal services or otherwise participate in your community?

Our firm usually maintains one or two pro bono cases.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

Haymore Law is designed to be exactly what our clients need and nothing more. When you select Haymore Law, you will be assigned to an attorney who will handle all the aspects of your case and you will not have to pay for any unnecessary overhead. You won’t be paying for the salary of secretary, paralegal, a big prestigious office in a high rise building, or any other unnecessary frill. All you will be paying for is an outstanding attorney to advocate for you or your business.
