The consultation is free with no time limits.
Attorney fees are on a contingency basis never to exceed 25% of your total recovery. With our "Guarantee" you can never receive a lower net recovery than you would receive without our services. Any claim expenses necessary to secure your benefits will be advanced by our firm and will only be recovered if benefits are received. Our clients are truly in a "no lose" situation.
