Goldman Law, LLC was established in 2009. The law firm was established with a different approach to law. The approach that Goldman Law, LLC takes to every case is from a business standpoint. By handling cases from a business standpoint, Goldman Law, LLC is able to reach creative settlements and fight trials in a creative manner because that approach enables us to see the forest before the trees; which is essential to every client’s case.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

Client’s need to be educated when it comes to legal issues. There is a lot of information out there, but often times, a piece of legal advice on the internet can be twisted and inaccurate. We believe that every client is smart and that they have the ability to read and research; our view on self-education is simple: trust but verify – we will tell you if something you read is inaccurate.

Are your attorneys willing to review documents prepared by clients?

Yes.

Are your attorneys willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

We are willing to help people understand the legal process and how to address a Court if necessary.

We use mediation all the time.

We do, on occasion, provide pro bono services. However, we are not a pro bono firm.

The service we provide to our clients is bar-none compared to other firms in town. EVERY client’s case is important to us and we treat every client like a person, not like a case.

Depending on the case, we do offer flat fee services. We will give a discount of 5% off the first invoice for mentioning Nolo.

Typical Retainer

Every case is different and thus retainers depend on the given case. However, we do accept credit cards, checks, and cash and we are willing to work out reasonable payment plans if need be.

Understanding Fees

Nolo's Licensing Check

Attorneys have passed a licensing check. Nolo has confirmed that every member attorney has a valid license and is in good standing with the state agency that licenses lawyers upon joining the directory.

Directory lawyers are required to notify Nolo immediately if they become the subject of any disciplinary action by any state licensing agency.
