Information coming soon.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

Client education is a crucial element of the legal process and the attorney-client relationship. A client should not be led blindly through a legal proceeding; rather the more the client understands his or her case the more beneficial it is for everyone involved.

Are your attorneys willing to review documents prepared by clients?

We are always willing to review documents prepared by clients because we encourage client thought and opinion.

Are your attorneys willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

Where we believe that the client will adequately be able to represent themselves, we are willing to assist the client by providing appropriate coaching.

Are your attorneys willing to help a client with one discrete part of a case, without taking on the whole case?

We are willing to help a client with a discrete part of a case assuming the portion is severable from the remainder of the case and there are no potential or actual conflicts.

What are your policies about dividing work among the firm's partners, associates, and paralegals to make the process most cost-effective for the client?

We strongly favor a team approach to ensure the most knowledgeable attorneys provide work on every issue, but the client will always approve and remain informed of how the work is delegated.

How frequently does your firm use mediation, arbitration, or collaborative law to resolve cases?

We stress attempting to resolve a case through the use of alternative dispute resolution where it is practicable.

Does your firm provide pro bono legal services or otherwise participate in your community?

We are involved in various pro bono programs across California.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

We accentuate the core values of integrity, advocacy, and understanding. We create a vision with the client that develops the most efficient and cost-effective way to achieve the client’s goals, while utilizing our knowledge, experience, and creativity to the client’s advantage.
