Firm Overview

Bankruptcy, Estate Planning, Real Estate

Example cases

A couple came to see me for help with filing a bankruptcy. This couple had worked hard their whole lives, but a serious medical condition caused them to incur a substantial amount of debt that they would never be able to repay completely. I was able to help them get a fresh start.

A single mother of a special needs child requested that I complete her estate planning documents. We were able to assist her with her Last Will and Testament, Powers of Attorney, and a Special Needs Trust so that she could have the peace of mind knowing that her child would be taken care of in the event that something happened to her.
